Make up: Kiko cosmetics review

Here I go with my first make up review, oh gosh, I'm kind of nervous because I have never done this before. So fingers crossed :)!

I haven't talked much about make up products I use, so you probably don't know that besides MAC, KIKO is my next favourite cosmetic line. Of course I always have to pick stuff that isn't available in my country, so I'm having make ups shopping spree's every time I visit Italy. I discovered this amazing stuff back in Siena, when I bought some products out of curiosity. Now I'm obsessed with them. Period. MAC can be pretty expensive sometimes, and that's why I like KIKO, it's friendly to my wallet.

This time I want to show you some of the products I got while visiting Verona. 
Nail polishes and Lipsticks to be exact, so let's get started!

When it comes to nail care, I must confess, I'm that kind of girl who changes her nail colour in 1 or 2 days, so I really don't know how much they last before they start to chip or peel off. I always paint my nails in a hurry, so you must imagine how much I hate polishes that need ages to dry. What I like about Kiko polishes is that they are really easy to apply and dry quick, but not too fast. I have some nail polishes that dry either too quick or too slow and they get all sticky when I apply the second coat. No problems here however. 3 minutes and voila, the magic is done, what you see is what you get. A big plus!

Sometimes you need only one coat to get the colour you want, I just adore that. The purple (317) and the green (346) are a great examples of that. However the blue one (339)  is more watery and needs two coats to cover the whole nail equally. But then again, I'm pretty sure you girls always use 2 coats every time, I'm just being lazy and all. 

 The only thing I miss is that nail polishes don't have a name, just numbers. It's always fun to read names on OPI or Catrice, some are really funny ;)  Btw I got this babies on sale and they were only 1,50€ talk about luck! 

Of too my 2 new lipsticks now. These two are from the "creamy" lipstick line which I adore the most. Why? Well they aren't stickery at all.I do hate that in a lipstick, my hair gets stuck on my lips and it gets really annoying when you have to pull it off. The same reason why I don't use gloss much... Anyway I choose these two pinky shades: 1st one (399) more close to my natural lip colour and 2nd one (389) just a little bit darker, that gives my lips more volume. None of them are too flashy, so they are perfect to wear during the day... I don't know why, but I'm a bit uncomfortable if wear bold lips before dark, I do sometimes, but rarely! 

When it comes to my lips, I usually mix two lipsticks together; I apply the mat one below, then one, almost glossy, on the top. I love how I get the exact effect just with one coat of KIKO "creamy" lipstick, I own 4 or 5 now and I wear them all the time. I think it's a good buy, especially because they cost only 5€
