Style it like me: Comfy vs. Glam, Jackpot!

This time in "Style it like me" I'm going to show you my two typical outfits, one very casual and comfy and one very glammed up. If you have ever seen me walking the streets of Ljubljana, I was probably wearing something like this, or something very similar. If you take a closer look at my outfits, you'll see that they all revolve around the same principles. Once you know those rules, playing the game is easy. Just like poker. Instead of combining the right set of cards, we're combining fashionable pieces to win a fashion jackpot! So here are some fashion blogger tips:

I bet you all know those long days, when you have lots of stuff to do trough the day and have a long night out waiting for you in the end. In those cases, I really don't feel like walking around in high heels all day, because my feet are not going to be very grateful for all the torture, I don't feel like wearing a skit or having a lot of make up on, you know how it is. So if you are in a rush or don't have time to really go home and change your clothes, I'm going to show you, how I transform comfy into glam under 10 min. Trust me in the end you will look like you spent hours before your bathroom mirror and you will shine trough the rest of the night. On fancy dinner date, wild club party or fun night at the casino.

You probably figured out by now, that I just loooove to play dress up. But just like any other human being it's only natural that I have days, when I just don't feel like playing the glammy queen. I want to dress up in comfy clothes, wear no make up and basically be lazy all day long. I also dress like this when I'm late for school, I take a walk in the park and run errands. To create this relaxed look, all you need is a huge scarf, comfy jeans, your favourite shoes and a blazer. I just love wearing blazers, so I style those, but you can always use a cardi or a sweater instead of that. It's laid back, but still stylish and most important: comfy!

So now it's time to roll the dice, transform comfy gal into glammy diva, who will own the dance floor or get really lucky in the casino. We can do it in just 3 steps.

1. Switch your huge scarf with some statement jewellery. I keep my outfits simple, so big necklaces or earrings add that special touch to the whole look.
2. You need to say bye bye to your comfy pants and show some of the goodies. Not to much though! I have this simple rule you see. If you are showing legs, keep the bust area unexposed and the other way around. Be classy and leave some room for imagination
3. Kick off those sneakers and put on some extra inches. I know most of the girls aren't fond of high heels, but I see them as that extra card in my sleeve. The trick that always works!
